Customers are responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted with their order. Emberoidery is not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect wording, incorrect selections, or other customer-submitted errors.

Because custom products are made specifically for the customer, all custom orders are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where the product arrives defective or damaged.

5. Pricing

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change at any time without notice.

In the event of an obvious pricing or listing error, Emberoidery reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a refund for any amount paid.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed according to the processing times stated in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Emberoidery is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

All custom orders are non-refundable.

Non-custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or defective, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and photographs of the issue.

Emberoidery reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution for damaged or defective merchandise.
